Rocket would like for you to join him in a prayer (something he likes to do often). Dear Lord, please let my new home come quickly, because I am ready to start loving my new family. Please let it have another pup my size to play with (possibly Finnegan), plenty of plush toys, and a mom and dad that would like for me to sleep with them. Small children are a little too active for me. I am a male Pekingnese/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix born approximately 2/07. I am up to date on shots, neutered and tested negative for heartworms. My friend Finnegan and I came from the same home and were surrendered to a high kill animal control shelter when our owner no longer wanted us. Rocket and Finnegan would love to stay together, but won't be heartbroken if they are separated. Now, back to the prayer - Lord, if you find me a permanent home where I will be cherished and loved forever, I will always remember to say my prayers before eating and bedtime. Amen.
