Rio~Adopted

Rio is a wondeful 1 year old female Anatolian Shepherd Akbash mix. She is 54 pounds and loves playing with her sister, Kiko. She is a beautiful wheaten color with tan and balck markings. Her coat feels like silk and she is not a heavy shedder. Rio is the more passive and submissive of the pair. Rio has not jumped the 4 foot fence at her foster home. She does not mind being crated with her sister but does not like the crate by herself. She is house trained, leash trained and loves people and playing with children. You will not find a more loving dog in rescue. She loves everyone she meets and rolls over for tummy scratches. She has just been starved for attention. She will probably weigh about 60 pounds when she fills in a bit. She has been spayed, is up-to-date on shots, rabies, is hw negative and has been started on preventative and is on frontline for flea/tick preventative. Rio seems to get along with everyone. She loves children and would do best with older children as she might accidnetally knock over a toddler. She is very stunning in her appearance, so everyone walking by stops to meet her. Her adoption fee includes microchipping and pays half of basic training classes. She will make some one a great girl. She just needs some love.
