Rio has found his forever home with the Mohn family in Plymouth, MA
UPDATE 5/31: Rio is being fostered in Walpole, MA
Rio is a Grande boy who was rescued with his siblings and is a living miracle. This litter was so badly neglected, they faced many challenges early on and their chances of survival were slim. With love and tender care by their rescuer and foster mom, they defied the incredible odds against them and are thriving puppies! They love to run, play in the water and eat! Rio is eager to please and grateful to ave someone to love him. Rio is 5 months old and approximately 28 lbs. He is a lab/shep mix, but his face is blockier than his sibs, suggesting possible boxer or other bully breed in his mix. In any case, he is very cute! He has learned "come" and "sit" and follows foster mom wherever she goes. If she's doing some work, e.g on the computer, he just lies at her feet. What a love. Smartest puppy she has ever fostered. He housetrained in 2 days. His adoption fee is $375.
