My Story

Say hello Ringo Starr, the goofy, 2yr old wonder pup! Ringo has been settling in nicely with his new foster mom in VT, and now ready to interview a family to call his own. He may look like a larger dog in the pics and even has a deep big dog bark, but this little cutie is on the smaller side at about 35 pounds and knee height! Your guess is as good as ours on what breed he is, but what we do know that he's a fun loving guy who enjoys cozy couch time and belly rubs as much as he does a long romp in the woods. He's even been working on his off leash skills and likes to stay close to his people. Ringo needs a little support from his coach when meeting new people and dogs, but does well with slower, respectful introductions and has been doing well meeting people and dogs alike on the trail. He gets a bit overwhelmed with boisterous over excited dogs (and people) and would do best in a quieter home with no kiddos. He has been enjoying time with his foster brother and sister (both beagle pups) and loves to run around the yard and play. Ringo Starr would be great as a singleton pup, being the one and only to receive all the cuddles and attention, but would be fine with another respectful canine sibling too. Ringo Starr is fully house trained and crate trained, sleeping through the night without stirring or complaining. He’s a happy guy to wake up to and get your day started with a sloppy kiss. If you're looking for a solid partner and enjoy the outdoors and especially hiking, this guy will be your loyal trail guide and adventure sidekick. Ringo Starr is being fostered in Essex Junction, VT!
