Rico is a 2 year old Jack Russell mix looking for his forever home. He is a very high energy boy that will need to continue his training in his forever home. He is very affectionate once he warms up. We feel he would do best in an adult only home and as the only pet since he does get nervous in some instances. He definitely needs someone that will keep up with him!
The NAWS Dog Adoption Program operates as a rescue versus a shelter. We believe in matching the right dog with the appropriate family based on each specific dog and family’s needs. To achieve this, we believe in spending the appropriate amount of time with each family to allow for enough interaction time with potential adopters. This cannot be achieved if people stop by unexpectedly to meet our dogs.
