My Story

Dear Ricky was left at the animal shelter after 7 years of being a family pet because they "no longer have time" for him. He is such a sweetheart too, he must wonder what he did and where did his family go? Ricky is currently in foster care with other dogs and adjusting well. He loves to play with the other dogs, go for walks and have naps. He's completely house trained, very gentle and easy going. Ricky was matted when we picked him up so we took him to be professionally groomed. He is 7 years young, neutered, all vaccines, great companion. Ricky can't go to an apartment because he sometimes barks when left alone. A family where there are enough people so that he is not left alone that often would be best. Ricky is fully house trained, and will ask to go outside. This little Cocker will benefit from a home where the owners are home most of the time and where he has other dogs to bond to. Ricky is personality plus - a lovely Cocker! If you are interested in Ricky, please contact Speaking of Dogs Rescue
