Rickie

Rickie is a senior, 8 year old, Chihuahua mix who was originally transferred from SFSPCA with his brother (?) Hutch. He was feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the noise and activity of the city. He has settled in wonderfully at the ranch and loves going for walks. He is even good with kitties! He is small, but tall and athletic and will keep you entertained all day. We would like to find a home for Rickie and Hutch together as they have spent most of their life with each other. They are pretty easy keepers, not requiring much exercise, and would do best in a quiet home with a yard where they can sunbathe peacefully. They would be perfect for those that have room in their home and hearts for two little dogs, but prefer a more cat-like nature. All of our animals are up-to-date on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have had a physical exam. At adoption we provide: veterinary records and vaccine certificates, castration certificate, lifetime lost animal support, one month’s worth of flea medication and heartworm medication, one week’s worth of food, a leash, a collar, an ID tag, and a familiar toy or blanket to help them settle in. We also provide lifetime basic positive training support.
