Rex-adopted

Hi! I'm Rex! My foster parents also call me.... hmmm, lets see. They call me Mr. Snuggles, because I love to snuggle on the bed... or the couch, or Dad's favorite chair, or even while my parents are trying to play xbox! Its not my fault that they give such great scratches. I'm also called Sexy Rexy, because my coat is so long and soft. I'm such a handsome man! Yup, that's what they tell me! And its so easy to like me too, on account of my being so darned well behaved. A little walkie, a little playtime, and then I'm good for a long snuggle and a nap! Well okay, I'm a bit of a couch potato, but if you're willing to let me sleep with my head in your lap, I could just stay like that forever! Unless you have the ball. Wait... you don't have the ball do you? I mean, I don't see the ball but you could be hiding the ball behind your back! Are you sure you don't have the ball? I LOVE the ball! I also like long walks on the beach. Or in the snow. Or especially at the dog park. And I won't pull too much, my foster parents tell me that's rude. I really don't want to be rude, I want to be your best friend forever. All I need is a good head scratch, some snuggle time, and a little time for my beauty sleep and I'll be the handsomest, bestest, greatest, boy on the block... YOUR boy! NEW HOPE DOG RESCUE is not a shelter. Our dogs are placed in loving foster homes. WE NEED FOSTER HOMES TO HELP MORE DOGS - CONTACT US TODAY!!!

Definitions:

Pending - means that we are working through the adoption process with the 1st applicant. We usually don't add the pending until we are pretty sure the adoption will go through (like at the home visit stage)

On Trial or Trial Visit - means that the dog is in their new home for up to 2 weeks before the adopters need to commit to keeping the dog. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the new living arrangements! We allow this option for everyone except very long distance adoptions (too far to drive).

Adopted - you know!! A happy ending for a homeless dog. We try to let everyone know when we have the final word. Within about 24 hours, the dog's bio will be moved to our happy tails section!
