Meet Rex! This cute 18 month old Yorkie mix was surrendered because his owners were moving that day and couldn’t take him. He can be a little nervous at first but bonds quickly and is a sweet guy once he’s comfortable. He is fine with other small dogs, was used to wee wee pads as well as going outside, walks nicely on a leash and asks to be picked up. He looks like mostly Yorkie, under 10lbs full grown but with more of a wiry terrier coat and unique coloring. We are a small all-volunteer organization focused on rescuing local dogs from area shelters, as well as accepting some surrenders and puppy mill rescues.
