Poor little Reno is about 9 mos. old and has never had a break in his short life! He was given away as a tiny pup and then promptly tied outside to the old wood dog house you see in the picture. In spite of having lived that way for 7 mos., he is a sweet and social pup b/c the children in the family would go to him and pet him. But he was never fed enough and deserved better than life on a chain, so PAWS has taken in Reno with hopes of doing better for this little guy.
He now lives in an outdoor kennel with his brother Dublin and we have made them as comfortable as possible, but these 2 small pups really need inside homes...winter is coming and it gets cold in the mountains of WV!
