I am Redford and really do not like my picture being taken. I am much more handsome in person. I was originally rescued from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and came to Ohio through Best Friends Animal Society. I am very weary of people but never in an aggressive way, so it will take me a little time to warm up to you. Once I do warm up I love to have my head rubbed and will ask for more when you stop. I like to run and play outside but some noises still scare me. Toys are new to me and they are a lot of fun to toss in the air and chew on. My foster home has many other dogs for me to play with and that makes me feel even safer. It would be best for me to be adopted into a home with other dogs but no small children. My foster mom is constantly working with me to become more trust worthy of people and things that scare me. I have learned to trust her and like to lay at her feet when no strangers are around.
