1/19/09 I am still looking for my forever home. I am a really neat dog and want someone to give me a chance. They will not be sorry. I get along with kids, adults, dogs and cats. I am a quiet dog but love to play if someone will play with me.

8/28/08 I am still looking for a forever home. My foster parents say I am wonderful. I go to lots of events and children's programs and always do great. I do not know why someone will not give me a chance. I am quiet and love to be in the house with people. I will not be under your feet unless you want me to be. I will be there to love you but then will go sleep on a dog bed while you are busy.

Update 8/18/07 I am doing so well. I love everyone. My mange is clearing up and the housebreaking thing is going really well. I love laying around the house on a dog bed.

Update 4/5/07 I am still looking for my forever family. My foster mom thinks I will make someone a great dog. I am getting over my fear of people. Actually I want to be with them all the time. My favorite place is standing in between someone's legs so they can pet me. I am learning to fetch but still need a bit of practice. I love love love water. My foster mom has a pool out for me and I love to walk through it, sit in it and dunk my head. I would love to go to a pond, lake or any body of water with you and have a splashing great time. I am sweet , loveable and pretty cute. I am still at times timid but not like I was. If you adopt me I am sure I will blossom into one wonderful dog.

My name is Raven. Some nice person saved my brothers and myself from the road where my mom was killed. Mom was trying to help us cross the road. She didn't make it and we almost got hit as well. Then a person scooped us up and brought us to safety. I am now living in a foster home where I am safe and secure from cars and other bad things. One of my brothers was adopted to a wonderful home. I am still looking for my great home. I am sweet but a bit shy. I love to walk in between my humans legs while they are walking along. I use to fear coming across a doorway to come into the house but I am getting over that fear. I get along with all dogs and cats. I will need to work on my housebreaking. Right now I am being treated for a bacterial infection so the housebreaking should get easier. I want a home where I can be part of a family and they will love me as much as I love them. I love toys and dog beds. I am crate trained and learning basic obedience. Right now I am about 5 1/2 months old. 3/26/07

WE FINALIZE EVERY ADOPTION WITH A HOME VISIT THEREFORE POTENTIAL HOMES MUST BE WITHIN A HOURS DRIVE TIME OF CHARLOTTE NC. A FOSTER PET WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO SOMEONE LIVING OUTSIDE THE ADOPTION AREA NOR WILL ANYONE BE ALLOWED TO COME PICK A PET UP FROM US. YOU MUST BE 21 TO ADOPT FROM OUR GROUP.
