Spayed, vacc, microchipped and free of demodex, she is determined to find her forever family! Rain was rescued from a high kill shelter with her siblings. She and her littermates were abandoned and left to fend for themselves by their previous owners. Rain has been treated for a skin condition-demodex.Demodex is an inherited, non-contagious skin condition. Although it was a battle to get it under control, we have finished treatment and have had no relapses so far. Rain looks like a black german shepherd and now that her coat has grown in and is healthy, she is gorgeous! She has a wonderful temperament and is very smart and playful.Rain is an active girl-typical of the german shepherd....she wants to be doing "something" most of the time so if you have kids or enjoy outside activities, Rain may be the dog for you! We are listing her as special needs because of her skin condition...however, this is a temporary condition and has been treated.
