My name is Quinn and I am about 16 weeks old and I weigh 11.9 lbs. I have had a rough start in life but I have been taken into a foster home and I am now 100% healthy and 100% adoptable. I will be ready for adoption around Halloween (hence the clown costume my foster parents put me in) since I have to be neutered before I can be adopted.
