My Story

Quincy is approximately 4 years old in these pictures taken January 16, 2010. He was found standing in the middle of a busy road by one of LP's volunteers. Quincy seemed to be resigned to his fate as he had his head down like he knew he was going to get hit by the on coming car. Lucky for him, the volunteer was able to stop in time. Quincy was so thankful to be saved.

Quincy is a handsome and friendly fellow. Volunteers just love him. He gets along with almost all of the dogs LP. The one he doesn't was an unaltered male. We have seen him growl at other dogs, but he was on a leash and the BIG dogs came over to sniff him. Other wise he is playing with them all.

The director says that Quincy reminds her of a 7 year old boy. He would be chewing gum and carrying a baseball bat. His personality is just out of the world. A great dog that is very smart and playful.

Quincy likes to run into the kennels and steal the other dogs' food bowls, treats, or toys and then run out trying to get them to come after him and play. Oh how he enjoys playing. Such a funny guy to watch.
