Queso is a spirited and playful young hound mix who’s ready to embark on exciting adventures with an active family. With his floppy ears, expressive eyes, and wagging tail, he’s impossible to resist! Queso came to us from a high kill shelter. He can be shy with new people and nervous in new surroundings but even upon meeting us his tail was wagging like a metronome, as if he knew that life had something wonderful in store for him; a family of his own. His sleek coat is a mix of caramel and white, and his long legs give him the agility of a gazelle, although sometimes he's a little clumsy. Queso's energy knows no bounds! He’s the perfect companion for an active family who loves hiking, jogging, and playing fetch. Whether it’s a game of frisbee or a romp through the woods, Queso is up for the challenge. He might be a little nervous at first and need some time to decompress from shelter life, but we are sure with the right family he will keep building his confidence and thrive as a social butterfly. His zest for life is contagious, and he is sure to keep you on your toes. Queso would love sniffing out new scents on nature trails. His nose is like a GPS for adventure! The first step to our adoption process is to please fill out and adoptions application, it can be found on our website www.serenityanimalhospital.net, under the "Adopt From Us" Tab.
