Background: Quail was brought in by animal control. He had a chain connected to his neck, a bloat belly, and was malnourished. SCAA is treating all his conditions and he is responding to treatment very well!
Personality: Quail is a gentle giant. He just wants to get pets and be a couch potato. He loves meeting new people. That doesn’t mean he is not strong though. He is a big boy with a lot of love to give. He gets so excited to see the world and will pull you along with him. He’s such a big goofball.
Doggy details: Quail is a 4 year old mastiff/staffy mix. He is fully vaccinated. He is heartworm positive but will start treatment and get fixed as soon as he is healthy enough.
