PUPPY MAYFIELD

If you've ever wondered what it's like to be put in a box and left in the middle of a grocery store parking lot in rural Tennessee, just ask little baby Mayfield. That's exactly what happened to this adorable little Chihuahua/beagle mix. He will sure tell you about it too. At only 8 weeks old and less than 1 lbs...yes, you read that right "less than 1 lbs"...it is a miracle he even survived the parking lot to make it into his Critter Cavalry foster home. He was hungry and thirsty but was immediately taken to the vet where he was given some water and a clean bill of health. He has since been fed and given a nice warm bed to sleep in. He is now one very happy little camper. He is simply too cute and is very spunky and playful. He has quite a little attitude as well and tries to talk to you. We think he's trying to tell us all about what happened and how happy he is now to be out of the box. This little boy certainly deserves so much better than life has handed him so far. He is safe now and waiting for us to find him that perfect, loving, furever home where he'll never be abandoned in a box ever again.
