Jasper and his siblings (Pups Juno, Jinx, Jasmine and Jessie) were rescued from an overcrowded shelter in rural Virginia. Jasper is staying with a foster family while searching for his forever home. He loves everyone he meets and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. At his young age, Jasper is in his prime for training and socialization. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter.
