PUDDIN POP (Neutered!)

PUDDIN POP arrived at the shelter in early March 2024 with other puppies from the same litter. A couple of them have been adopted, but there are several sweeties from this litter, including PUDDIN POP, that are still passing time at the shelter, wondering when they will get a chance at a home of their own. He and his litter mates are happy and friendly, but a little shy and needing to be leash trained. They are listed as terrier mixes and were estimated at about eight weeks of age when they arrived. However, he has been there long enough now that he has moved out of the puppy stage and is considered a young dog. He will move to the adult stage when he reaches one year of age. Thanks to a partnership between UT and Cumberland County Animal Shelter, PUDDIN POP was neutered on Thursday, May 2. As a result, he can go home the same day that he is adopted! Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking a dog collar and leash with you to the adoption appointment in case you do decide to adopt this boy. Even better, consider taking a dog crate with you to the adoption appointment. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!
