Who is this fluffy ball of fluffiness? Why it's Princess Gracie! This little lady found herself at SDS when her owner went to assisted living and was unable to care for her any longer. She had been boarded at a kennel in the interim but needed more attention and medical intervention than was possible in that setting.
Princess Gracie is 11 years old and the softest little girl to rub - not just because of her fur, but also because she is just a little bit chonky (shh, don't tell her that!) We try not to let it affect her self-esteem, but we are secretly trying to help her lose some weight. Gracie was recently diagnosed with diabetes, which is regulated with insulin and diet.
P. Gracie loves going on walks, chasing squirrels, and having nice long conversations with her peeps. She loves to cuddle and give lots of kisses! She knows she is royalty and expects her person to treat her as such! P. Gracie also enjoys a leisurely Sunday afternoon drive through the country. Of course, she would prefer to be your only companion so that she can be the center of attention, as any Princess should be, but she may tolerate a handsome prince, if he was worthy! Gracie would likely do well with slightly older, respectful children - her minions would need to come and get her approval.
