Precious

Precious is a miniature bichon mix who was found in a road in Salem covered in mud! We're guessing that she's between 3 and 6 because it looks like she's had a few litters! As you can see from her picture, she has a very long tongue and is a real sweetie who loves to be petted and held! What a great little snugglebug! Her lower jaw is "shortened and mal-aligned" according to the vet assessment and it's guessed to be congenital. While we first thought she would only be able to eat soft food, we're delighted to find that she is completely able to eat small bite kibbles and has no problem with drinking water or giving kisses! She's great with the other dogs at the foster home! This little girl loves to ride in the car and look out at all that's passing by - a 4 hours road trip was a great adventure for her! Since, she was a stray, her foster parents have nicknamed her "Precious" because they can't understand why no one was looking for this sweet girl! She is up-to-date on all shots and has been recently spayed and microchipped. A fully fenced yard is required for any potential adopter. Her adoption fee is $150, but seniors, ask us about our senior discount! She definitely deserves a better life than she's had so far!
