PORKCHOP

Porkchop is a super handsome young boy who spent about a month in a foster home before heading to PACC. Porkchops foster said that he did well with kids and described him as a cuddly, intelligent, very friendly, big snuggly boy. He was also housebroken in his foster home. Porkchop is as well- loved at the shelter as he was in foster- heres what his volunteer friends have said: Porkchop is not only handsome but also a very good boy! He`s easy to leash up and a good loose leash walker. He is very attentive and takes treats gently. Really a very good boy! Ive just recently had the opportunity to meet Porkchop. Hes a volunteer favorite and others always manage to get to him first! At first he may seem a bit shy or reserved, but then he showed me just how much chasing tennis balls makes him happy. Hes great about returning the ball, too, and seems to know the drop it command. Such a good boy! Porkchop is a big sweet boy who has a very gentle demeanor. He can be rowdy in his kennel, but thats just shelter stress and not something he should be judged on. Porkchop is easy to leash and walks very nicely. Hes calm overall, but definitely has a playful streak. Just a very, very nice boy who will make some person or family very lucky. Porkchop would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home and is looking for a home without livestock. He loves to be near his people, so would like to find a family where someone can be with him often and a home where he can work on feeling comfortable when left alone.
