Poppy is a 1 year 7 month old female husky mix. She is gorgeous! Poppy's foster mom reports she has a gentle nature and is mostly a calm girl. She gets mini zoomies and will be playful in short spurts. She enjoys being mentally stimulated with chew toys, food puzzles, and working for food. She recently had a litter of pups all of whom got adopted through SAPA; even though she is a momma she has big baby energy and enjoys being the center of attention, being brushed, and even carried like she's a small baby. She walks well on a leash; She would do well in a home with other dogs or alone with plenty of attention, walks, and mental stimulation. Due to her gentle nature she would do well in a home with children. I am currently fostering some kittens and she lays by their door and falls asleep so I believe she would do well with kittens.
