4/18/08-this HANDSOME creature was dumped at a local vet's office. He spent a couple months in their kennel before we found a fosterhome for him to go to. His fostermom absolutely loves him and would keep him but he's already jumped the fence and taken off. Lucky for him he was found by the arboretum, about a mile away. Pooh is a sweet, loving, playful and smart boy. He's good with children and other non-dominant dogs. Pooh is 5 years old, neutered and up to date in shots. He is very healthy and has been to the groomer's since these photos and has a beautiful, thick golden coat. He loves being active, playing ball, running and would make a great running companion or fit perfectly in house with children. UPDATE 5/7/08-Within a day of posting him, Poobies was adopted! A neighbor from Forest Hills saw this cutie and was smitten. It's a great match, Pooh is behaving well with his cat, and they love to take long walks. I hope to see them walking the neighborhood for years and years to come!
