Meet Pongo! This handsome happy boy is very special! He is actually deaf. He is so very smart and so well adjusted to living that way, that sometimes we even forget he can't hear! He's learning hand motions and signals in his foster home and seems to be catching on well. He is very dog friendly and absolutely loves to make new doggy friends. He loves people as well and is always looking to get some belly rubs and snuggle up with you. He does great with the kids in his foster home, and enjoys playing with them. He walks well on a leash and is kennel trained as well. Chew toys are also his absolute favorite thing and he never turns one down!
