How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by a community member. At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home! Why this pet is the one for you:Yes, Pongo is cute as he sits at attention hoping someone will notice and take him home. Pongo came to us needing a good brushing which he has received, some scratches on his nose which are healing and a desire for attention and pets which he has also been given but wants more. He is easy to leash and walk. While being walked, he nicely does his business and then whines for attention and pets. Therefore, we assume that he is house trained. What Pongo wants now is a stable home with people he can trust, love and protect. He wants access to outdoor playtime where he can learn to fetch and play ball. He wants lots of walks where he can meet his neighborhood dog buddies. He wants a hand put out for him to lick. He wants to be told that he is a good dog because that is what he wants to be. Are you ready for a nice, friendly Pongo who will be so grateful for your love and care. If so, come to our campus and ask to meet Pongo.
