Hi, I am Pocko and I lost my home when my mom had a health crisis and could not take care of me any longer. It was very hard on me when I was taken from my mom, but finally ended up with a foster family who welcomed me and loved me like their own. Now I just need someone that will give me unconditional love and a safe spot to call my own for the rest of my life. So a little about me, I am approximately 8 years old and I weigh 8 pounds. I am not very big and I will not take up too much space. I am a Chihuahua and I love people. My last home could not take care of me, so I suffered for a while with flea infestation, long overgrown nails and no vetting, but my new foster mom has taken care of my health and physical needs and I am feeling great. I love to cuddle and will stay by your side as your trustworthy companion. I still have a love for toys and I love to play. I get along with most dogs and have never shown aggression towards people, except when getting my nails cut. I do well with going outside to potty, but I need to go out frequently. I will use a pad if that is what my new family wants. My ideal family would be those that would take me places and spend a lot of time with me. I am an older dog, but I promise to give you an amazing amount of love.
