My Story

Six puppies arrived Nov 6th. These little guys are rougly 8weeks now from the Meadow Lake and District who have been inundated with puppies. So to help out, we have agreed to take this litter. Mom was a border collie cross. There are 3 boys and 3 girls.

Pixie is a very pretty girl. She is almost black except a few hairs of white on he rchest and her toes on her back feet are white. she does have some very subtle brown on her feet too. She pretty much looks like an adorable black lab puppy!! Pixie is a fairly submissive girl who is quick to pick up on things. Training her will not be an issue. She is great outside and always comes when called. She also has a knack for retrieving and it would not take long to teach her to fetch! Pixie is happy to stay by your side or find a place in your lap. She is playful and a ton of fun! She does well with children and dogs too!

More information and pictures coming soon! Puppies have been vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed! Please note that these pups are likely a mix of several breeds, we chose the breeds listed above because that is what this particular puppy most resembles.

Anyone wishing to adopt a puppy must be willing to commit to an obedience class.

If you are adopting a puppy or dog from us we do have valuable coupons that you can receive to help you purchase all the things you might need. New Hope Dog Rescue will also receive $15 per adoption which goes a long way to helping us take on other rescues. You do not have to use the coupons unless you wish to! Please ask us for details!

Adoption Application
NEW HOPE DOG RESCUE is not a shelter. Our dogs are placed in loving foster homes. WE NEED FOSTER HOMES TO HELP MORE DOGS - CONTACT US TODAY!!!

Definitions:

Pending - means that we are working through the adoption process with the 1st applicant. We usually don't add the pending until we are pretty sure the adoption will go through (like at the home visit stage)

On Trial or Trial Visit - means that the dog is in their new home for up to 2 weeks before the adopters need to commit to keeping the dog. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the new living arrangements! We allow this option for everyone except very long distance adoptions (too far to drive).

Adopted - you know!! A happy ending for a homeless dog. We try to let everyone know when we have the final word. Within about 24 hours, the dog's bio will be moved to our happy tails section!
