Pixie is an approximately 1.5-year-old female long hair Dachshund and Chihuahua mix. At 22 pounds, she is the ultimate cuddle bug and loves belly rubs. Pixie is crate trained, house trained, spayed, and up to date on vaccines. She does not do well with cats. She's spunky and playful but would much rather be snoozing. Is Pixie the pup for you?
If you are interested in adopting Pixie, please submit an inquiry directly with Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet’s age.
***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to meet/pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt.***
