My Story

Name: Pippin
Size: Toy, 6 lbs.
Age: 14 Years
Gender: Male

Meet Pippin...a peppy little 14 year old, 6 pound apricot toy poodle. He lost his home of 13 years when his owner went into an assisted living situation. He was loved very much and is hoping to find another family that will open their heart and home to him so he can live out his retirement years in a place where he is wanted and loved.

Pippin is a happy boy who looks like a little wind-up toy with his tail wagging non-stop as he walks around. He loves people, dogs, and even cats. He has the sweetest disposition and is friendly, playful, and well-behaved. Pippin will nap during the day, but is always ready to go out for a nice walk to see the sights, and smell the scents around the neighborhood. He has a great appetite and gets very excited when it is mealtime. Pippin will go potty when taken outside, but he does need to go frequently.

Pippin is hoping that someone special will look beyond his age and give him a chance to be a beloved pet again. He will promise to love them and make them smile every day with his delightful personality.

Pippin is very energetic and playful and loves going for brisk walks around the block. He is a little trooper who has a lot of love and life left in him to give to his new family.
