Hi there, my name is Pippi. My brother & I were very lucky that the SPCA took us in. Our owner was moving and brought us to the SPCA the day before he was moving and I fear, had they not had space for us we would have just been dumped somewhere. Through the talk in the shelter we heard about that poor little Beagle that was thrown out of a truck just up the road from here. Gosh, how can someone do something soo mean. I would never do anything mean to anyone. I am a Rat Terrier, just a little guy about 3 years old. My brother has already found a new home and I miss him terribly. I don't like being here all alone, but I'm hoping that I will be in my new home real soon!!!!!
