Phoebe-adopted

Hi I’m Phoebe. I’m a two-year old intact standard poodle, although I will be spayed before I am adopted. I’m a very calm and reserved lady that is just searching for a home that will love me as much as I will love them. I’m working on my potty training and how to sit and wait for my food, but other than that, I’m told I’m the perfect dog. I walk beautifully on leash and love meeting other dogs, although I can be a little people shy at first, but I’m working on my confidence. As you can see I’m a beautiful white girl, who is a little on the smaller side, and I’m not overly energetic so a family home would be great for me. I sleep all night in my kennel, and never make a peep. I’m even quiet when the door bell rings! A home with another dog, children or cats will not be any trouble for me as I am so sweet and easy going. If you think I may the girl for you come and meet me!

Definitions:

Pending - means that we are working through the adoption process with the 1st applicant. We usually don't add the pending until we are pretty sure the adoption will go through (like at the home visit stage)

On Trial or Trial Visit - means that the dog is in their new home for up to 2 weeks before the adopters need to commit to keeping the dog. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the new living arrangements! We allow this option for everyone except very long distance adoptions (too far to drive).

Adopted - you know!! A happy ending for a homeless dog. We try to let everyone know when we have the final word. Within about 24 hours, the dog's bio will be moved to our happy tails section!
