Phin is an 2 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 30 lbs. He is microchipped, but isn’t neutered, up to date on shots, or on heartworm prevention. Phin is nervous around strangers. He is good with cats and older children! He hasn’t been tested around younger children or dogs. The owner is surrendering him because he has a lot of energy and needs an active owner.
