Philly Boy is a really handsome 6-12 month old male German Shepherd that was found as a stray. Philly Boy is definitely an adolescent- he is playful, jumpy and mouthy and really needs to learn some manners! It is all in good fun, though- he loves people and just wants to be your friend. He does walk well on leash and knows “sit”. He also looks to you for approval and is eager to learn- especially when treats are involved. He seems to like other dogs and just needs to learn proper manners

Our adoption fee for dogs is $250 each and adult cats are $75. We will not adopt a pet to you if all of your current pets are not spayed/neutered. This is a non-negotiable policy of STAR.
