Phillips 66 is a 11 year old morkie that came to rescue as a breeder release. he weighs maybe 10 pounds, and has the cutest little face! He would love to have an adopter that is willing to be patient with him, and understands he comes from a troubled past, and is learning how to be a dog. Everything in the world is new to him, including the grass beneath his feet, and sun on his face. He is a very sweet boy and now that he,s had these experiences wants to be spoiled!
