This handsome beagle mix is sweet and loving with people of all ages, including kids. He is also friendly with other dogs and does great with his housemate. Phillbill is fully housebroken and you can leave him loose when you leave the house. He doesn't need a crate and won't get into anything. Phillbill enjoys couch time and is known to cuddle.

(3) Have approval from the residence owner;
(4) Have valid ID with current address;
(5) Be approved by Almost Home Foundation as a suitable adoptive home; and
`(6) Live in the suburbs surrounding Schaumburg (Illinois Residents only)
