Meet Phantom! This little boy is 1 year old and weighs just under 9 lbs. Phantom is a Chihuahua mix who was surrendered to PK along with his mom and siblings. He is petrified at the shelter! He is afraid to come out of his crate and, when he does, is very nervous around the volunteers. Phantom will take some patience initially, but we believe once he feels safe in a home, he’ll come out of his shell and become affectionate, just like his siblings. Phantom will need to be potty-trained and taught how to walk on a leash. Phantom grew up around other little dogs and can be cat-tested upon request.
