Sophie Petunia Lemon Todd is now Sophie's full name. She has been given the family name 'Todd' as she has officially been adopted by her loving foster mom! Sophie has been in the same foster home since she first came into our care. Thank you so much to Sophie's mom for taking such great care of precious Sophie and giving her an incredible home and more love and care than she has ever seen before!
Petunia requires a very special home with someone who will continue to place her health and well being above everything else. Petunia is a very low key dog, around 6 years old, beautiful cream brushcoat - requiring minimal exercise and is just looking for someone to love her as much as she will love them.
Sophie Petunia Lemon, as her foster mom has affectionately re-named her, is a low-key, affectionate dog that is just waiting to brighten your day! She’s the love-bug of sharpei’s with her snorty, smiley ways, and her affinity for destroying tennis balls. Do you have a problem with having too many tennis balls? Are they crowding your house, and spilling out onto your lawn? Well SPL is here to save the day!!!
Sophie adores kids, dogs, and is great with cats. She is the ideal best buddy, and snuggle bum. At 6 years old she’s mature enough to not destroy your house when left alone, but perky enough for wrestle-mania with her human friends.
Sophie is looking for a family that can commit to helping her take a couple of pills a day, in order to maintain her regained health. Her health care had been neglected for quite a while, so once in a while she needs a little pick me up from her vet friends. If you don’t mind helping her out with her medical needs, she won’t mind taking care of you should you ever get a little under the weather.
