Petey is a Frisbee chasing Red Barn favorite! What a happy boy! He has lots of dog friends and enjoys playing and running with them. He's affectionate, very gentle and easy to handle on leash.
Petey is likely a Dalmatian/bully breed mix, but the shelter guessed him to be a Cattle dog mix. He weighs 53 pounds, isabout 2 years old, healthy, neutered and ready for a loving home.
He might learn to catch frisbees, but now he loves to fetch them. He greets us enthusiastically, relishes his walks and free play, and likes to scramble over our agility obstacles.
Petey is a smart fellow, he remembers everyone after he makes your acquaintance. However, he is sometimes a little apprehensive with strangers and needs a few minutes to feel comfortable with new people, so we think an adult home will be the right environment for him. He is housetrained!
