Sweet Pete needs a very special home with a very special owner. Petey is an epileptic dog whose seizures are controlled by daily medications, neither of which is expensive, but he will be on these medications for the remainder of his life. Petey doesn't know there's anything different about him. He's just a happy-go-lucky 5 year old Norfolk Terrier mix that loves people, other dogs, cats - in short everybody and everything. He's best suited in a home where he can get a moderate amount of daily exercise because he's happiest being a couch potato. Like humans, epileptic dogs are able to live normal, healthy lives as long as they have their medications on a regular basis. Because of that, Petey will be best suited for a household where someone is home during the day. Please consider opening your home and heart to this very special little boy! Petey has been in rescue far too long and is beginning to think his "forever home" will never come along.
