Petey

Petey is a great little dog who loves everyone! He knows how to "sit" and "shake hands" and he even knows "stay"! He is the perfect lap dog and he absolutely adores being petted and sleeping next to his "person". He is also good in the car, enjoys playing with other dogs, and is good with cats. Our guess is that Petey may have been crated for extended periods of time, because he becomes a bit anxious when confined to a crate. We are looking for a home for him in which he won't have to be a "latch key" dog and--because he has so much energy--a home with a safely fenced yard (no invisible fencing, please). We also are looking for a home with another dog for Petey to play with. This dog is neutered, wormed, immunized, heartworm checked, and he will be microchipped prior to adoption. We do not operate a humane society or shelter, so we do not have a facility that is open to the public. Our dogs are fostered by volunteers in private homes, and are not available for viewing until an adoption application is filled out and references are checked.
