Pete is a one year old, which is still a puppy for the "giant" breeds. He is perfectly house trained. His previous owner complained that Pete still loves to chew on things. He could outgrow this; remember, he is still a giant, goofy puppy! Even though he is a big guy who loves to chew, this can be easily managed by providing a continual source of objects that he is permitted to chew on. He should be crated with something to chew on when left alone. He is good with children.
