Perry has had surgery to correct PRAA which requires special feeding to prevent regurgitation . He needs to be fed gruel (1 part puppy kibble to 1 part water well blended) in a slow feeder. Perry may need continued evaluation from a vet for any regurgitation episodes.
Perry is an energetic loving cuddle bug. He is a typical IG puppy that loves sessions of energetic play with naps in-between. He loves to be with his person and would do well with someone who will not leave him alone for extended periods of time. He plays enthusiastically with cats and small/large dogs. If you want a dog that will bring fun and joy, Perry may be the perfect match.
My optimal Adoptive Home:
Moderate Energy/Activity
Has someone that is home mostly during the day
Is okay with a dog in their lap quite frequently
Has prior experience with raising an IG puppy
Has prior experience with a high energy IG
Must have a securely fenced in yard (not an available dog park area)
My house training is still a work in progress. My adopter must be willing to commit to a structured and reasonable routine to help me succeed.
Neuter contract will be required.
