Pepper is a precious Rat Terrier mix (possibly purebred). He's about 9 months and is full grown (with lots of meat on his bones) at about 14 pounds. He's just as sweet as can be and loves to be near people and to be held. He's already nearly housetrained and hasn't had a single accident in his foster home. He's good with other dogs and cats.
