Pepee arrived at the Sanctuary in September 2022 already coughing and in congestive heart failure. Here we are years later and he is still going strong. Amazing what medications can do to keep him comfortable. Pepee's meds cost approximately $100 a month. As long as he doesn’t give up, we will be right there with him. He’s a sweet little guy who loves to be with others.
