Pepe was dumped at a kill facility up in central Florida. When the poor little guy was taken to the vet, he had to have 7 teeth pulled. He definitely was neglected! Pepe is just a happy and playful little guy for being around 10 years old. He loves to play with large doggies and to also cuddle in your lap any time of day.
