Penny came to Elmore SPCA as a stray. We know that she was originally a puppy here at the shelter and was adopted years ago, so we are so sad to see her make her way back to us this way. No matter what, she is safe and sound and we are happy to help her find a new beginning. She is a shy girl who takes a little bit of time to warm up, but she is gentle as can be. We just know this sweet girl will make a perfect companion for the right family willing to give her the time and patience she needs.
