Meet Penny, a stunning 7-year-old, 40-pound black brindle Staffy mix with a heart as beautiful as her coat. We first rescued Penny back in 2018, and she was soon adopted into a loving home. However, life took an unexpected turn, and she recently found herself back in our care after her owner surrendered her to a local shelter due to housing issues. Despite this setback, Penny is resilient and has quickly settled back in with her original foster mom from five years ago, where she is thriving. Penny is dog-friendly and enjoys the company of both big and small furry friends, preferring laid-back dogs who aren’t too intrusive. While she has been the only dog in her home for the past few years, she was a frequent visitor to the park and loves socializing with other pups. Penny is a fantastic walking companion with medium energy levels and a super cuddly, affectionate nature. Whether on a leisurely stroll or a brisk walk, Penny is always up for some quality time outdoors. She rides well in the car and is both house and crate trained, making her easy to care for in any environment. Though she may have experienced some neglect over the last few years, Penny's spirit remains unbroken, and she is eager to please and shower her new family with love and affection.
