Meet Penelope! Penelope is a beautiful large breed girl weighing about sixty five pounds. She was recently surrendered to us after her owner found herself homeless. Penelope had a tough run for the first portion of her life. She was house hopping often with different people as her owner needed a place to keep her temporarily. Penelope was bred by a stranger under temporary care. But although being through so much she remains the sweetest spirited being that leads with an open heart. The previous owner said she has resided in a home with children, dogs of various sizes and even cats. But we will be assessing her with dogs here too. Penelope is a true companion dog.
